• Flip flops and open toed shoes are not permitted on the rides.
• Shoes and shirts must be worn in the park.
• No alcoholic beverages are allowed.
• No one admitted to park one hour before closing.
• No smoking "in" or "on" any attractions.
• We are not responsible for personal property.
• No pets allowed.
• No Refunds.
• There is no admission to enter the park. You must purchase a P.O.P Bracelet or tickets for use of the rides.
• Please ask cashier for session being sold.

• Credit Cards/Check Cashing - We accept all major credit cards for park tickets, P.O.P. bands and at the main gift shoppe. You can cash Traveler's Cheques at our Main Ticket Booth. Checks are not accepted.
• First Aid/Medical Services - A First Aid Station is located in the City Hall building in the bumper car plaza. For emergency help, go to our Main Ticket Booth located in the middle of the park.
• Lost Parents or Children - Establish a meeting place BEFORE you enter the park in case you become separated. Children who have been separated from their family or group are brought to the Main Ticket Booth located in the middle of the park.
• Park Re-Entry - On Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, after 6PM, you must have your hand stamped at any of the gates if you are leaving the park and plan to re-enter. At all other times, you can come and go as you please.
• Pets - Please keep your pets at home. Pets are not allowed inside the park.
• Lost and Found - Claim lost items at Lost & Found located inside the Main Ticket Booth. Stuffed prizes are not permitted on rides. Please secure them in a locker or leave them with another member of your party. Adventureland is not responsible for any lost, stolen or broken items.
• Announcements - Personal announcements and pages cannot be broadcast in the park. Pre-arranged meeting places should be planned BEFORE you begin your visit.
• Cameras - Disposable cameras can be purchased at our gift shops. For the safety of our guests, large 35mm and video cameras are not allowed on attractions.
• Picnics - Picnicking is not permitted anywhere in the park. For safety reasons, barbecue fires are not permitted. Coolers, food or beverages may not be brought into the park or parking lots.
• Proper Attire - For your safety, open toe sandals/shoes and flip flops are not permitted upon entering amusement park. Shoes and shirts must be worn at all times while visiting the park. Clothing with profane or offensive words will not be allowed. Park entry may be denied if clothing is deemed inappropriate for our family atmosphere.
• Rider Requirements - All height, size and health-restricted rides are identified at each of their ride entrances. For your convenience, we provide the service of a one-time height check, which is located at all ticket booths, so our smaller guests know which rides are available to them.
• Weather - In keeping with guest safety as our No. 1 priority, occasionally during severe weather certain rides may need to close. However, our restaurant and gift shops will remain open. After severe weather, rides will reopen as soon as possible. Thanks for your understanding.
• Rain Policy - Refunds will NOT be issued!!! If Adventureland closes because of inclement weather, and you've had your P.O.P. bracelet for less than one hour, you will receive a full-price rain check good for another day. If you've had your P.O.P. bracelet for less than three hours, you will receive a one-half price rain check good for another day.
• Gift Cards - You can purchase gift cards in person at the Main Ticket Booth, or by mail order by calling (631) 694-6868. You can also purchase gift cards from our Online Store.
