Group Sales FAQ
What is the minimum for the group rate?
Group rates are available for groups of 20 or more with at least a 48 hour advance reservation. Groups can only purchase P.O.P. bracelets through one payment transaction. Sorry, individual will-call P.O.P. bracelets cannot be arranged. P.O.P. bracelets can be paid for and picked up in advance for group distribution prior to arrival at the park. Your final pricing per P.O.P. bracelet will be based on all bracelets delivered to you minus any bracelets you return to us (must purchase a minimum of 20 bracelets).
What is the group rate?
The group rate is as follows:
If you book online
- 20-49 people $19.50pp for the P.O.P. bracelet
- 50 or more people $17.00pp for the P.O.P. bracelet
- Monday and Tuesday Special 20-49 people $18.50pp for the P.O.P bracelet
- Monday and Tuesday Special 50 or more people $16.00pp for the P.O.P bracelet
If you book over the phone
- 20-49 people $20.50 for the P.O.P bracelet
- 50 or more people $18.00pp for the P.O.P bracelet
What is the rate for the food package?
The food package is $6.50pp. It includes a choice of hotdog, hamburger, or chicken nuggets and a side of french fries and a small soft drink.
What if there are vegetarians who want the food package?
If you or someone in your group is a vegetarian or has a health restriction but would still like to participate in the food package, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and Adventureland would be more than happy to make any accommodations.
What if I have more people in my group than my original reservation?
If your group total increases by 50 or more people, please email email@example.com for an updated invoice. If your group increases by less than 50 people, we can adjust your invoice on the day of your trip.
What if I have less people in my group than my original reservation?
If your group total is less than 20 people, you will be charged the regular P.O.P. rate of $26.50 per person. If your group total decreases by 50 or more people, please email firstname.lastname@example.org for an updated invoice.
What if it rains the day of my trip before I get there?
Adventureland operates in moderate rain. If you would like to reschedule your group please email email@example.com
What if it rains while my group is at Adventureland?
Adventureland operates in moderate rain. Rain checks will be issued in the event the park closes due to the inclement weather based on how long your group was able to ride.
How do I pay for my group?
One group payment is made by the group leader. The group leader should know how many bracelets and food packages his or her group will need prior to arriving to the Group Sales Office. Payment on the day of the trip is cash or credit only. If you would like to pay by check, please mail the check to Adventureland at least two weeks before the day of your trip. Checks will not be accepted on the day of your trip.
Can Adventureland reserve tables for my group to eat lunch?
No, groups are responsible for finding seating to eat lunch.
What is the token package?
The group token package is 100 tokens for $20.00. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to add the token package to your group reservation.
Can I purchase snack coupons or game coupons for my group?
Yes, groups may purchase snack coupons for group members, valid for pretzels, churros, popcorn, soft serve ice cream, ice cream bars and Dip N' Dots ice cream. Additionally, coupons for our outside games can also be purchased. Prices vary. Please contact email@example.com for more information.
How will I get my bracelet on the day of the trip?
Group leaders receive the P.O.P. bracelets and food package coupons from the Group Sales Office located in the arcade. Only the group leader making the payment will be permitted into the Group Sales Office. The group leader will be responsible for distributing all P.O.P. bracelets and food package coupons to group members.
